Because behind every glove, every step, and every dream. There's a story worth fighting for
Our mission is to take young people off the streets and into safe, creative, and inspiring environments. Through music, boxing, media, and mentoring, we provide an outlet where youth can truly be themselves.
At Factory East, we provide creative and empowering programmes designed to help young people grow, express themselves, and build brighter futures.
We empower young people to lead, create, and shape the programmes they take part in.
We create a safe, non-judgemental space where healing and growth can begin.
We create a sense of family where young people feel seen, heard, and valued.
We've received multiple awards but the real reward is the positive change we see every day.

Meet Our Founder
Jack Ramadan
“I believe when we invest in our local communities, we build a stronger future. Factory East is not just a project. It's a movement of hope, unity, and purpose.”
Jack Ramadan founded Factory East in 2008 with a clear vision: to create a space where young people feel seen, heard, and empowered. Growing up in East London, Jack witnessed first-hand the challenges faced by youth in underserved communities, from violence and gang culture to a lack of opportunities. Rather than turning a blind eye, he chose to build something different.
